3 Great Smoothies

Mango Tango Smoothie
3 cups chopped fresh or frozen mangos 1 can full fat coconut milk
1 cup pineapple juice 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Process in blender until smooth. Serves 2 - By Sandy Pomeroy


Very Berry Good Smoothie
3 cups fresh or frozen berries
(strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 apples, chopped
2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 cup full fat yogurt or kefir
1 cup water

LifeWatchers Smoothie
2 cups fresh or frozen berries
(strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 Banana
3 Scoops Whey Protein Powder OR
1 Block of Mori-Nu Soft Tofu
2 Tbsp. Flax Oil
2-3 Cups Milk or Soy Milk  

Process fruit and milk in blender or food processor. Add in flax oil and protein powder and process just until blended. Serve. - By Sandy Pomeroy
