Cereal Bars

A little something sweet!

1 cup honey 1 cup almond butter
1 cup large flake oats 1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup flax seeds
5 cups brown crispy rice cereal 1/4 cup grain-sweetened choc. chips (optional)

  • Over medium heat, stir together almond butter and honey.
  • When heated through, add remaining ingredients.
  • Spread into a 9 x 13 greased pan.
  • Refrigerate and cut into squares when cool.
