Goodness Me! is pleased to announce our pending move to a new, much larger, store location in order to better serve our ever-expanding customer base in the Burlington area. This move comes as part of our continuing mission to be the best choice to help you live the healthiest life possible. Happily, our move also means that Goodness Me! is now hiring and aiming to fully staff our newest store as soon as possible. In keeping with our mission to be the best choice to help you live the healthiest life possible, Goodness Me! is currently seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Fresh Food Specialist for our Gage Ave location in Hamilton. The successful applicant will possess energy and enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn, and a zest for healthy living. A dedication to outstanding customer service and a commitment to working as part of a team are required for success in this position. Relevant experience, particularly prior produce experience, is considered a significant asset. Applicants must have flexible availability as this full time position will involve some evening and weekend hours.
Job Summary: Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a well-run and visually appealing Fresh Foods Department, a Fresh Food Specialist efficiently and energetically performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, stocking product (including produce, meat and bread) and ensuring it is attractively displayed, ensuring only fresh produce is on display, receiving orders, and maintaining a clean department. Fresh Food Specialists are also responsible for helping to deliver a highly positive Goodness Me! experience by enthusiastically greeting each customer and offering assistance, recommending appropriate products and providing relevant information.

In keeping with our mission to be the best choice to help you live the healthiest life possible, Goodness Me! is currently seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Supervisor for our Waterdown location. The successful applicant will possess energy and enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn, and a zest for healthy living. Candidates must be highly organized and possess great leadership abilities, including the ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities. A dedication to outstanding customer service and a commitment to working as part of a team are required for success in this position. Relevant experience, particularly existing supplement knowledge, is considered a significant asset. Applicants must have flexible availability as the position involves varying hours, and will include daytime, evening and weekend hours (for a total of approximately 24-30 hours per week).
Job Summary: Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a well-run and visually appealing store, the Supervisor provides leadership specifically to the cashiers, but also for the full store in general. As second in command to the Assistant Store Manager, the Supervisor takes on additional responsibility to ensure the smooth functioning of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. The Supervisor is keen to expand his/her knowledge base to better serve customers and will be trained to effectively operate in all departments and store functions, including working on cash. The Supervisor ensures a highly positive Goodness Me! experience by warmly greeting each customer and offering assistance, recommending appropriate products, and providing relevant information.
