Protect Your Freedom To Choose

The important issue of health freedom will not go away on its own. Bill C-52 died away when parliament was dissolved in the fall of 2008, but Bill C-6 poses a very real, though hidden, threat. Bill C-6 appears to be only about public safety, but we must understand that – if passed – natural products could be added to the Bill as unsafe without going through parliament: by regulation rather than by legislation. We would then have no opportunity to fight it. And Bill C-6 has already quietly passed second reading in the House. The time to act is NOW!
Constitutional lawyer Shawn Buckley explains another key concern with Bill C-6. He says that any act that removes the Rule of Law (as C-6 does), that allows the state to interfere with you or your property without court supervision, should not be allowed. This would set a precedent, and open the door to the state interfering with your fundamental freedoms. He adamantly declares that it is absolutely mind- boggling how a government can argue that we are made safer in the removal of the Rule of Law. We aren’t. We cannot sit still and allow that to happen.
