Poor diet, coupled with stress and a polluted environment, are certainly contributing factors.

Considerations
- Diet:
- concentrate on high-nutrient foods (whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes)
- avoid or reduce sugar
- include essential fatty acids (flax oil, evening primrose oil)
- Lifestyle modifications:
- proper rest and relaxation
- fresh air, exercise, and natural sunlight
- try controlled deep breathing at least once a day
- listen to soothing and uplifting music
- cultivate your faith
- Supplements to correct deficiencies:
- vitamins A, C, and B (especially B1, B3, B6, folic acid)
- minerals: Calcium/magnesium; iron, possibly zinc, manganese, or copper
- amino acids
- if hormonal imbalance plays a role, supplement to support it
- Herbal support:
