Do what you can to prevent any cold or flu!

Cold & Flu Prevention
1.) Lifestyle modification:
  • proper rest and relaxation
  • lots of fresh vegetables & fruits
  • fresh air, exercise, & a positive attitude
  • avoid refined sugar
  • essential fatty acids, especially omega 3, are important for immune function...flax oil is an excellent source

    2.) Build immunity with the following:
  • vitamin C
  • garlic (raw or odourless Kyolic)
  • echinacea
  • vitamins A & E
  • minerals zinc & selenium
  • zinc lozenges
  • green products such as Greens Plus
  • Siberian ginseng
  • propolis

    3.) Specifically for flu prevention in addition to the above:
  • homeopathic flu complex or R 6 (Reckeweg formula 6)
  • elderberry extract can stop the invasion of flu viruses into healthy cells
