Here are some things to consider;
- Bee Pollen - a spoonful or two a day often keeps allergies at bay. Begin in advance of your allergy season, if possible. (Start with a small amount for a day or two to ensure you are not bothered by it.)
- Vitamin C - many have found larger doses of C (from 3 to 10 grams a day) extremely helpful. Do not excede bowel tolerance.
- Quercetin - this potent antioxidant suppresses the release and/or the production of histamines, thereby preventing the allergy response rather than just suppressing it.
- Aller-Ease - this is an herbal approach that offers respiratory support. The synergistic power of these herbs combines with antioxidant flavonoids and anthocyanidins to create an effective formula.
- Homeopathic remedies alleviate the bothersome symptoms
- Pollinosan liquid or tablets
- BioAllers: grass pollen, pollen/hayfever, tree pollen
- Nu Medicine "Allergy" pellets
