How to obtain Optimal Digestion
Optimal digestion is the key to good health. When digestion is poor, the body becomes toxic and organs become sluggish. Impaired digestion is the beginning of a series of problems that ultimately lead to chronic disease. Many of these problems are part of our daily life: Stress, wrong fats, prescription drugs,
processed food consumption (in restaurants or in the home), improper food chewing, fluid intake with meals, over-eating, eating too quickly, etc.

There are some easy ways to remedy poor digestion;
  • take a digestive enzyme before each meal OR
  • take 1-2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar in ¼ cup water before meals
  • eliminate sugar, alcohol, caffeine, wheat and other refined carbohydrates from your diet
  • take acidophilus daily to build up good intestinal flora
  • aloe vera juice can be very soothing to the bowels
  • aim for 30-40 grams of fibre per day
