Beat the Cold and Flu Season...Winterize Yourself!
Although there is little scientific hope in actually preventing the infamous "cold virus", however, there are a number of resources that will eliminate it in 24 hours or less!

Recognize that a cold is an indication of a poor immune system. Scratchy throat or runny nose are symptoms of a 24-48 hour cold. Beat the virus before it beats you!
Take Vitamin C, Echinacea (or anti-viral) and odorless aged garlic every two hours until you see improvements, then every 4 hours for one or two more days.
Eliminate all sugar! Be careful -- most hot relief drinks contain sugar or flavoured sugar crystals. Eat lightly -- fresh fruits and veggies, soups and broth are great easy-to-digest foods.
Get rest today! Go for an invigorating walk, lots of fresh air and put off stress activities if at all possible today.
